Getting Started

Redeeming Your Gift Card

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Create an account or log in if you already have one and fill in your gift card number.
  2. Browse the available experiences and select the one you wish to book.
  3. Fill in the reservation for and include the preferred date and time of your experience
  4. Wait for a written confirmation from our Reservations team to finalize your booking.

Understanding Validity

  • Mojo Gift cards do not have an expiry date, so you can take your time choosing the perfect experience.

Experience Availability

What to Do If Your Selected Experience Is Not Available:

    • If your chosen experience is not available, you can select another experience from our extensive list. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a cash refund, but we strive to offer a wide range of options to suit every preference.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Steps to Follow:

    1. If you need to cancel or reschedule, do so at least 48 hours before the booked date.
    2. Contact the activity supplier directly to make changes.
    3. Be aware that some providers may charge for cancellations even within the required timeframe, which could result in the gift card's value being reduced to zero. We will inform you of any such charges.

Lost Gift Cards

  • What to Do:
    • If you lose your gift card and cannot provide the gift card number, you will lose access to the card. We recommend keeping your gift card information safe and secure at all times

Share the Joy:

    • Mojo Gift cards are not tied to any account, name, IP address, or email. Feel free to give your gift card to someone else without any fee. However, please note that we cannot change any personal messages attached to the gift card.

    • Some experiences may have specific restrictions, such as age, weight, or health conditions. Ensure you review these restrictions before booking to guarantee eligibility.
