Overview
UMAMI is described as the fifth taste, next to salty, sour, sweet and bitter. It is savory, but also stands for the saltiness that you find in seaweed, shrimp and soy sauce. All dishes follow each other in a continuous flow and are placed in the middle of the table to share with your company, so that everyone can enjoy the flavors of UMAMI. We would like to invite you for an aperitif or digestif in the brand new UMAMI BAR! We serve delicious cocktails and mocktails or a tasty sake. On Friday and Saturday there is a live DJ. Every Sunday you can come to UMAMI for an extensive BRUNCH from 11:30 am to 4 pm. We offer an incredibly extensive and delicious brunch buffet for a fixed price of only € 35 pp. There is also a separate kids corner for the children with entertainment, sushi workshops, craft and painting fun and sometimes we even invite a clown or balloon maker. Children under 12 pay € 15 pp. Between July 15 and August 22, UMAMI in the Luikstraat is on leave. During that period we would like to invite you to LInkeroever at Strantwerpen. There UMAMI provides #UmamiSundays every Sunday with the successful brunch from 11:30-15:00 and afterwards we also serve the UMAMI menu with delicious dishes to share and our signature cocktails and sakes. Definitely recommended with your feet in the sand and the most beautiful view of the city of Antwerp!
