Overview
Learn to make halloumi cheese and sample all sorts of Cypriot products on this tour of the Troodos Mountains. You’ll visit a local home where you’ll learn how to make halloumi and anari cheese, the traditional way. You’ll then sit down for a brunch of cheese and other local goodies. In the afternoon, you’ll visit producers of sweets, honey, and even donkey milk and tour the village of Lefkara.
