To make a reservation, visit our website and enter your gift card number. You will need to create an account or log in if you already have one. Browse the available experiences and select the one you wish to book. Follow the prompts to complete your reservation. Remember, a reservation is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from our Reservations team.
If your selected experience is not available, you can choose another experience from the available options. Mojo Gift is not obligated to provide a cash refund if an experience cannot be booked. We aim to offer a wide range of experiences to ensure you find something you’ll enjoy.
Yes, received Mojo Gift cards are not tied to an account, name, IP address, or email. You are free to give your Mojo Gift card to someone else without any fee. However, we are unable to change any personal messages attached to the gift card.
If your experience is canceled due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you should rebook directly with the supplier. We recommend making your reservation at least 14 days in advance to ensure availability. Specific dates, such as weekends and holiday periods, are very popular and may require more notice. For custom itineraries, we recommed at least 30 days in advance
Most Mojo Gift cards are designed to be used for a single experience, which utilizes the full value of the gift card. Therefore, there is typically no remaining balance after an experience is booked. Yes, if you are not satisfied with your gift, you can contact us to explore alternative experiences or products. However, we do not offer refunds.
If you lose your Mojo Gift card and cannot provide the gift card number, you will lose access to the card. We recommend keeping your gift card information safe and secure.
