Your 90-minute experience begins with a tasting of freshly caught fish from Lake Pontchartrain, followed by a tantalizing array of local delicacies. From a blue crab appetizer to an alligator sausage tasting, each dish showcases the unique flavors of the region. Then comes the main event – the shrimp boil.
