The tour sets off from the meeting point in Rovaniemi (or pickup from Santa Claus Holiday Village). You will meet your friendly and experienced guide, who will take you through a safety briefing and give out the Arctic gear and equipment. Then, the adventure begins!
You will take a seat on the comfortable sleigh pulled by a snowmobile. Your guide will control the snowmobile and take you on a journey through the snowy and unforgettable landscape, all the way to a magic frozen lake, far away from the residential areas and light pollution. After arriving, the guide will share stories and tales about the Northern Lights, and Arctic life in general. As you wait for the Northern Lights to appear, you will warm up with hot blueberry juice and gingerbread snacks around a roaring campfire. The thrill of witnessing the Aurora Borealis is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for many. The Northern Lights dancing up above is such a powerful and unique natural phenomenon. After admiring the lights, you will return to Rovaniemi.
