Your hoppy adventure takes place at Pilot Project Brewing Milwaukee, a one-of-a-kind brewery, tasting room, and restaurant. This unique establishment allows up-and-coming brewers to share their creations and experiment with new flavors – you’ve never tasted beer quite like these!
Upon arrival, you and one other guest will be treated to a personalized flight of 5 different beers or kombucha. One by one, you’ll sample a variety of different styles, colors, and flavors. Hear the interesting stories behind each beer and discover their unique flavors. From hoppy IPAs to crisp lagers, there’s something for every taste and palate.
