Overview
Develop your skills to make a better pour-over at home in this pour-over coffee workshop in San Marcos! You’ll receive unique tips and brewing techniques to recreate a high-quality coffee. Nobody should experience the struggle of making a great cup of coffee as you experienced it in a shop.
We will introduce the principles behind coffee brewing: ratios, grind, water, filtration, and pouring. We will first taste three different grind setting to illustrate the theory behind them.
After some solid foundations, let’s make some coffee. We will learn how to adapt your recipes and pouring patterns based on the coffee you are using and your preference.
Not only will you leave with the knowledge of how to make pour-over coffee, but also a sense of accomplishment at learning a new skill! This is a great activity if you’re looking for fun things to do with friends or colleagues.
