Participants will receive guidance on selecting the best vegetables and the ideal cuts of lamb to achieve optimal flavor. At the end of the class, you’ll have the pleasure of enjoying a delicious lunch featuring the stew you created together.
If you’re traveling from Galway city to Kilcolgan village, simply take the first left after O’Donoghue’s Bar, continue to a T-junction after a few kilometers, take the left, and then the first right after crossing the bridge.
