You’ll kickstart your experience with a refreshing highball each on arrival, made with a blended whisky, which is exclusive to the underground Cellar at Johnnie Walker Princes Street. Your ambassador will then take you on a unique journey to expertly nose and taste a selection of exceptional whiskies, including the Johnnie Walker Blue Label, Johnnie Walker Ghost & Rare Port Dundas and Johnnie Walker Legendary Eight. Each sample of whisky will be paired with a luxury Scottish chocolate truffle, created by the award-winning Iain Burnett, the Highland Chocolatier.
You’ll wrap up an amazing experience by sampling a brand-new Johnnie Walker innovation, Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ice Chalet. This was inspired by the perfect moment between sunset and twilight on the slopes and combines sweet and savoury flavours, with notes of blood oranges, red berries, sweet wood spice and more.

Located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre’s West End, Johnnie Walker Princes Street is a mere 15-minute walk from both Haymarket Station and Edinburgh Waverley Station. When you arrive, you’ll both be greeted by your knowledgeable guide who will lead the experience.
You’ll be served a welcome highball drink each, made with an exclusive blended whisky. Then you’ll embark on a unique journey, sampling a range of delightful whiskeys including Rare Port Dundas and Johnnie Walker Legendary Eight, along with delicious truffles, carefully selected for each sample. You’ll end the experience by tasting a brand new innovation, the Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ice Chalet.
