Located on the eastern side of the island, Caleta de Fuste is home to an ancient castle that dates back to the 13th century! Caleta de Fuste is a vacation resort that has developed around the natural cove. Thanks to its geography, Caleta de Fuste is a great place to practice water sports thanks to the security the cove offers. Thousands of people enjoy this particular little piece of paradise each year!
During your buggy excursion, you will discover another side of Caleta de Fuste: the not-so-touristic one. On your vehicle, you will be taken to the hidden valleys of the island which have outstanding landscapes that seem from another world. Then, you will drive through traditional Majorero villages famous for their cheese and natural salt mines. You’ll witness the local Fuertventurian’s way of life!
Finally, the excursion will give you the chance to have a personalized cheese tasting in traditional Majorero cheese factories. Don’t forget to buy some local products, you will love them and it helps to support the community!
