If you always wanted to try scuba diving but you’re not quite sure if you want to take the plunge into a certification course, this beginner scuba diving session might be perfect for you! All you need is a passion for the sea and the desire to discover what lies under its surface! However, participants must be at least 10 years and must already know how to swim.
Located in the Aegean Sea, Paros is a beauty island with gorgeous sandy beaches and an incredible underwater world, including a diverse aquatic life, reefs, caves, and shipwrecks! A magical world that tells the story of the region’s rich and unique history, the crystal-clear waters allow the divers to enjoy a greater visibility of up to 30 meters (98 feet) in depth. In addition, the scuba diving center has 20 different dives incredible dive sites in close proximity!
Your adventure begins after meeting your certified instructor. They will introduce you to scuba diving theory and safety, as well as how to use the equipment and breathe in shallow water at the nearby Santa Maria Beach. Once everyone in the group feels comfortable, you will dive up to 6 meters in depth (20 feet). Afterward, you will return to the diving centre to log the dives and receive your completion certificate, which allows you to pass to the next level if you want to take the PADI Open Water Diving Course.
