The mother-daughter team of Nuray and Ipek will teach you how to make a variety of Turkish dishes, including içli köfte (stuffed bulgar meatballs), karniyarik (eggplant stuffed with mincemeat and tomatoes) and barbunya pilaki (beans stewed in a tomato and lemon sauce).
