How to make a reservation with your Mojo Gift card

To make a reservation, visit our website and enter your gift card number. You will need to create an account or log in if you already have one. Browse the available experiences and select the one you wish to book. Follow the prompts to complete your reservation. Remember, a reservation is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from our Reservations team.
If your selected experience is not available, you can choose another experience from the available options. Mojo Gift is not obligated to provide a cash refund if an experience cannot be booked. We aim to offer a wide range of experiences to ensure you find something you’ll enjoy.
If your experience is canceled due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you should rebook directly with the supplier. Ensure to contact the supplier for rescheduling and check their cancellation policies for more details. For assistance, you can also reach out to us at reservations@mojo-gift.com.
We recommend making your reservation at least 14 days in advance to ensure availability. Specific dates, such as weekends and holiday periods, are very popular and may require more notice. For custom itineraries, we recommed at least 30 days in advance
Yes, if you are not satisfied with your gift, you can contact us to explore alternative experiences or products. However, we do not offer refunds.
